Haining Fucheng Warp Knitting Co., Ltd., with a history of 18 years and with its former name of Haining Craftwork Knitting Factory, is located at Yiqiao, Haining city of Zhejiang province where it is famous for its reputation as "the capital of leather garments". The company has 16 warp knitting machines which are made by Karl Mayor Company Germany, 4 SH1200 beaming machines made in Taiwan, 2 beaming machines made in Changzhou and one beaming machine of DS21/30 type. The company mainly manufactures polyester garment materials, spandex products, industrial fabrics and decoration fabrics etc.

The company has a staff of 120 among which 8 have higher education. With a fixed assets of 24 million yuan, the company hit 19.31 million yuan of sales and 1.3 million yuan of profits and taxes in 1996, the same target reached 30 million, 3 million and 49.45 million, 3.38 million in 1997 and 1998 respectively.
